Welcome to Ritmo del Río’s Spanish School, an immersive learning experience set in the heart of the Colombian Andes. Located in San Rafael, Antioquia, our school is part of Ritmo del Río, a unique eco-lodge and nature reserve dedicated to sustainability, culture, and community.

At Ritmo del Río, learning Spanish goes beyond the typical classroom. As part of our 15-hectare jungle reserve, we offer open-air classrooms with breathtaking views, direct access to El Macanal River, trails through our organic gardens, and a vibrant community space. Students can connect with locals and fellow travelers through our restaurant and event space, which hosts concerts, dance classes, language exchanges, yoga sessions, and other activities throughout the year.
